Product description

Description
Gear flowmeters of the HK VCA series are flowmeters for viscous liquids. The measuring mechanism consists of a pair of gears which are driven by the liquid flow according to the working principle of a gear motor. The measuring mechanism bearing is designed as a radial-axial plain bearing. The movement of the gearwheels is sensed by a magnetoresistive sensor separate from the measuring chamber.
Measuring accuracy HK VCA 2: ±2.5 % of full scale value.
Measuring accuracy HK VCA 5: ±1.0 % of the measured value.
Protection class IP64 DIN 40050.
1 measuring channel.
Pulse amplitude: UA ≥ 0.8 UB.
Output signal pulse shape: rectangular, scanning ratio/channel 1 : 1 ±15 %.
