Description
Da Flüssigkeiten praktisch inkompressibel sind, wird in hydraulischen Druckspeichern die Kompressibilität eines Gases (hier Stickstoff) zur Speicherung von Energie verwendet.
Ein hydraulischer Druckspeicher besteht aus zwei Kammern (Flüssigkeitsseite und Gasseite), welche durch ein flexibles, gasdichtes Element getrennt sind. Die Flüssigkeitsseite ist mit dem hydraulischen Kreislauf der Anlage verbunden. Bei einem Druckanstieg in der Anlage wird der Speicher mit Öl gefüllt und das Gas komprimiert. Bei einem Druckabfall wird die gespeicherte Druckflüssigkeit durch Expansion des komprimierten Gases in den Kreislauf zurückgedrängt.
