For converting HK PVPC axial piston pumps to pressure regulators with load sensing function (type L)

Opis

The delivery volume of the pump is automatically regulated to generate a flow rate with a constant pressure drop (independent of the load) via a throttle.
The pump flow rate is continuously regulated by changing the throttle.
The load sensing control system always includes a hydraulic expansion joint to limit the maximum pressure.
Adjustment range of the expansion joint:
20 - 280 bar (type HK PVPC 3029, 4046, 5073)
20 - 250 bar (type HK PVPC 5090)
Standard setting of the expansion joint:
280 bar (type HK PVPC 3029, 4046, 5073)
250 bar (type HK PVPC 5090)
Differential pressure adjustment range: 10 - 40 bar
Standard differential pressure setting: 14 bar
